Machine Start-Up & Support

EPIC Custom Machines leads the startup of your new manufacturing machinery inside your plant or production facility. We go through all phases of machine startup with you to ensure that your machine functions exactly the way you need it to. EPIC's group of engineers will remain onsite until all aspects of validation, commissioning, and checkout have been completed.

Because EPIC custom fabricates your machine inside our shop, we conduct full factory acceptance, and functional machine testing prior to shipping your new machine. Before the final onsite installation, functional machine testing is demonstrated again in your plant to double check for correct operation. Once your machine has been fully checked, all corresponding documentation is turned over to you.

Punch List Resolution

From experience with machine startup, we understand and are fully aware that most new machine projects have punch list items that need to be resolved to declare a startup successful. If punch list issues arise, EPIC is committed to fully resolving all conflicts discovered during the commissioning process.

Operator and Maintenance Training

EPIC Custom Machines will train your machine operators and plant maintenance professionals how to use the new equipment to ensure ease of ownership for the lifetime of the machine. EPIC transfers complete knowledge of the machine to your production team for sustained success. Even beyond successful startup, EPIC Custom Machines is available for machine services and maintenance support to keep your manufacturing processes moving forward.
